The Upstream IVD Raw Material Department independently develops and manufactures key inputs such as antigens, antibodies, and magnetic beads, and maintains an SPF‑grade animal facility.

      Norman’s independently developed procalcitonin (PCT) antibody has obtained international patent authorization (European Patent No. EP16820699.3; U.S. Patent No. US 10,882,900 B2), providing a solid foundation for product traceability and overcoming critical technical bottlenecks in the IVD industry. To accelerate medical‑engineering integration and technology translation, the company has established a Medical‑Engineering Innovation Center to collaborate with domestic and international universities and top teaching hospitals, supported by dedicated funds for commercialization.

 

Market Presence:

      Domestically, Norman’s products are deployed in over 30% of China’s top‑tier (Class III Grade A) hospitals, with strong applications and reputation in pediatric respiratory infections, myocardial injury and heart failure, thrombosis, and oncology testing.

      Internationally, approximately 180 Norman products have obtained CE certification and are exported to countries including Germany, Italy, and Bulgaria, as well as more than 30 regions across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America, and Africa.
