The principle of chromatography is a separation technique established on utilizing the physical property difference of various components in the mixture (e.g., adsorption, molecular shape and size, molecular polarity, molecular affinity, distribution coefficient, etc.). Chromatography system is composed of stationary phase and mobile phase. Stationary phase is solid substance or immobilized content on solid material. The mobile phase is flowing substance, such as water or various solvents.
